Content System

Marketing & Content Agency (Column Five Media) wanted a content system that can scale with them.

Goals:

Reduce time from clients’ footage to the start of production. 

Save on subscription costs.

Result:

We built the most advanced content management & distribution system.

Instead of:

naming files, creating folders, uploading files, moving files, creating a customer in CRM, creating a project in ClickUp, assigning team members, sending project emails, sending update emails to clients, adding final dates, tracking time, sending invoices…

They now: 

make 3 clicks.

How did we achieve this?

We started with a central system to host all content. It needed to be versatile enough to make sure it could meet all needs.
We picked Airtable. 

Then we had to connect different apps like Google Drive, ClickUp, Slack, and Asana to coordinate with Airtable.

Lastly, we had to build the whole system so it could be operated from within Airtable.

The company has now cut 3 pieces of software, and all the rest are integrated into one.

We improved their efficiency so much that they were able to take on 4 additional clients per month.
